James Kremneff is a Financial Adviser at Wealth Financial, working with clients in the Burnie office. He came to Mancell Financial Group in 2024 as a provisional adviser, working in client service and compliance. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning in 2022 and, with this qualification, is keen to help clients achieve their wealth and lifestyle objectives.

James has a background of over 20 years’ experience in client-focused service and has also served in the armed forces, which assists him in providing a strong client experience. He believes financial advice should start with listening: understanding a client’s circumstances, goals and what actually matters to them, then building a plan around their life. He values honest, straightforward conversations, without jargon, so clients feel informed and confident about their options.

In his work he looks forward to providing holistic advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, insurance and estate planning, and to reviewing those plans as life changes.
